Welcome to our new weekly feature that runs down all the latest game releases coming your way each week.
This week we have an extra helping of Telltale with Minecraft: Story Mode and Back to The Future Anniversary Edition. The Witcher 3 makes a welcome return with its very first expansion, Hearts of Stone. JRPG lovers will want to get their hands on Disgaea 5: Alliance of Vengeance as it lands exclusively on PS4 this week.
Minecraft: Story Mode – Episode One (PS4, PS3, Xbox One, Xbox 360, PC)
This could be Telltale’s most unusual adventure yet, combining a world renown for its lack of storytelling with an episodic format that thrives on it. The first episode of Minecraft: Story Mode will follow the adventures of Jesse as he sets out to discover The Order of the Stone. We’re curious to see how Minecraft translates into point and click adventure, and what kind of story Telltale has in store.
The Witcher 3: Hearts of Stone (PS4, Xbox One, PC)
Are you ready to sink even more hours into The Witcher 3? We sure as hell are. Hearts of Stone is the first of two planned expansions for the critically acclaimed RPG, and it looks fantastic. The expansion adds over ten hours of new content to the game, including new characters, monsters and quests. There is even a new romance option, if you’re into that sort of thing.

Yet another Telltale title to get your hands on this week. Back to The Future Anniversary Edition is a visually enhanced remaster of the original game from 2011. The five episode adventure features actors from the original films and an expansive new storyline that fans of the franchise will adore. The new edition also includes some behind the scenes featurettes that follow the game’s development.

The Talos Principle (PS4)
Previously a PC exclusive, the critically adored Talos Principle is making its way to the PS4 this week. The first-person puzzle platformer features a philosophical storyline that puts you in the shoes of a strange, mechanical android. If you enjoyed titles such as The Stanley Parable, Antichamber or Quantum Conundrum then this could be right up your street.
That’s it for this week, if we happened to miss anything you’re looking forward to then let us know in the comments below.
