The winner of the Trusted Reviews Camera of the Year award has been been revealed.
Our Camera of the Year field was stacked with excellent choices, all of which have received glowing praise from our team of camera experts. Whether it’s an action camera, mirrorless or compact, we had a nomination that would fit the bill.
This award has been chosen thanks to a mixture of votes from the Trusted Reviews team, an expert panel of guest judges and the reader.
Best camera – Fujifilm X-T4
Our nominees for Best Camera covered a wide range of devices, from rugged action cameras like the GoPro Hero 8, to the beautifully compact Fujifilm X100V. We’ve also rewarded the vlogging-centric Sony ZV-1.
However, the fully-deserving winner is the Fujifilm X-T4 which stands out as our favourite camera of the years. Here’s how we summed it up in our review:
“Fujifilm is king when it comes to APS-C, the X-T4 is this generation’s camera to beat in this camera class.If you need more convincing, what is it you’re looking for? The Fujifilm X-T4 has a tough, metal body, with weather sealing and a large battery. It has dual UHS-II card slots, handles like a dream with full manual controls that are placed to near perfection and has timeless good looks.”
