What’s the best way to protect your bike? Using a system that thieves don’t even know is there, of course.
That’s the idea behind Troja Bike. While some GPS units can be removed and thrown away by ne’er-do-wells, Troja sits inside your bike’s frame. In other words, there’s no sign it’s there, so the thieves won’t even think about removing or destroying it.
The battery lasts for “a season”, according to the manufacturers, which we guess means about four months. To insert it, take your saddle off and pop it inside the frame. You’ll have to take it out to recharge it, but it doesn’t sound like you’ll need to do that too often.

Before using it, you’ll need to take a photo of the QR code to pair your device with the app. And then you’re good to go.
