This Fallout 4 mod adds all four seasons to your game
A new mod by GameDuchess brings a number of new season-related weather options to Fallout 4.
Bethesda’s Fallout 4 has been available for only a few months now, but modders are already creating some incredible things for the PC.
This new mod by GameDuchess allows you to play through all four seasons: spring, summer, autumn and winter.
It also provides more expansive day/night cycles that naturally mimic real-life seasons.
The mod creator has warned of potential frame rate drops though, so be careful if you fancy installing it.

GameDuchess plans to update the mod when Bethesda releases the Fallout 4 Creation Kit later this year.
It’s recommended that you play with only one season at a time for optimal performance though, at least until things are further optimised.
In the future, GameDuchess hopes to update the mod to switch between different seasons automatically.
Check out a full description of each season below:
- FALL SEASON Bright autumn foliage and plants. Harvest time looks for appropriate crops.
- WINTER SEASON It’s snow everywhere folks! And “snowing” too if you like. Mostly everything is dead, dried out or slumbering.
- SPRING SEASON Quite colorful. Crops are green, and bright blooming flowers and plants!
- SUMMER SEASON Less bright greens, few flowers, harvest time looks for appropriate crops.
