Fans clamouring for a new Virtua Tennis or sad at Top Spin’s cancellation will be delighted to see a new game finally coming to console, and this one is actually helmed by some of the Top Spin team from 2K Czech.

What is Tennis World Tour?
Tennis World Tour is a brand new IP from former 2K Czech developers, the team who used to make the fantastic Top Spin series.
With such a heavy pedigree behind them, fans will have every right to be excited about finally having another tennis title to enjoy.
Tennis World Tour Release Date – When’s it out?
Tennis World Tour doesn’t have an official release date yet, but is set to come to PS4 and PC in Spring 2018.

Tennis World Tour Gameplay – What can we expect?
Naturally, coming from the team behind Top Spin, we can expect a much more sim-like experience than the arcade approach adopted by Virtua Tennis. This was confirmed following the trailer during Paris Games Week, in which it was noted the game will adopt a similar sim-style to the Top Spin series.
So if you liked charging and timing your shots to perfection, this will be right up your street.
Tennis World Tour trailer – Should I be excited?
If you loved Top Spin and Virtua Tennis, yes! The trailer looks great and features Roger Federer, meaning the game will hopefully feature all the official players from the ATP Tour. There’s also Nike and Asics clothing featured, meaning we should get official apparel too.
