Talk Talk has launched a new range of boosters for its mobile tariffs, offering customisable bolt-ons that can be added and removed on a monthly basis.
Monthly contracts can be tailor-made to reflect the changing needs of the user with Talk Talk’s new range of mobile boosts. Talk Talk Mobile customers can add texts, minutes, data or BlackBerry services bundles onto their existing tariff on a monthly basis, with the lowest boost level costing £2.50.
“We expect these boosts to appeal to a wide range of our customers whose needs vary on a month to month basis,” said Tristia Clarke, Talk Talk’s commercial director. “The process is simple and easy to use and the prices are unbeatable. These boosts demonstrate our commitment to customers by providing them with the best value mobile tariffs.”
The MVNO now offers two tiers of mobile boosts, with the cheapest bundles of either 100 UK minutes, 200 global minutes, 500 texts or 150MB of data costing £2.50 extra a month, to be added or removed as needed. Customers can also opt for the higher tier which offers either 250 UK minutes, 500 global minutes, 500MB of data or 1000 texts for an additional £5 per month. Any BlackBerry Z10 or other BlackBerry handset users can buy a BlackBerry services bolt-on for £2.50 per month.
Talk Talk currently offer three different pay monthly tariff options to which the new boosts can be applied. The tariffs are obviously priced according to the handsets they are attached to, but are loosely banded in sizes Small, Medium and Large, all on 24 month contracts.
The Large offers 1000 inclusive minutes, 3000 inclusive texts, 2GB of data or 4GB when ordered online. The Medium provides the same 3000 text package, 300 inclusive minutes and 500MB of data, doubled when signing up online. Finally the entry-level Small tariff gives 100 minutes, 250 texts, 100MB of data or 200MB when joining via the website.
