Some dudes built a real world Pong table and it’s awesome

It has been more than 40 years since the classic arcade game Pong first made an appearance in living rooms and pioneered a new dawn of gaming at home.
Now a group of enthusiasts from Uruguay have brought the Atari classic back to life in the form of a physical game that resembles an air hockey table.
Daniel Perdomo and friends took two years worth of spare time to make the Pong project a reality (via Popular Mechanics).
Just like the original game, the square ball races around the board depending on the angle at which it is hit.
There are even working LED lights keeping track on the score, while the sides even light up when the ball cannons off.
Now Perdomo and friends are hoping to put the Pong Project into production, if they’re able to find a willing manufacturing partner.
