Leading the pack is the WB850, which gets a 16.1MP backside-wired CMOS sensor, integrated GPS and a 21x optical zoom. The WB150F, meanwhile, comes with an 18x optical zoom. Both new WB models also benefit from a 3inch, VGA AMOLED screen. Rounding things off is the ST200F, which offers an effective resolution of 16.1MP and a 10x fixed zoom.

All three models offer the ability to record movies as well as still images, with the WB850F able to capture at 1080/25p or 1080/50i Full HD. The WB150F and ST200F, meanwhile, both offer a maximum setting of 720/25p HD.

Thanks to the integrated Samsung Smart Wi-Fi technology, users of all three cameras can take advantage of free storage space from cloud-based storage services AllShare Play and Microsoft Sky Drive. The Smart tech also allows users to email them images or upload them directly to social networking sites like Facebook and YouTube via Wi-Fi.

While the WB850F and WB150F both feature full manual control over the camera, the ST200F is offered as a fully automatic point-and-shoot model. In addition all three models come with some innovative and fun shooting features including a selection of digital filter effects that can be applied pre or post capture, Live Panorama for one-touch panoramic images, Picture-in-Picture mode for when you want to add extra context to your images and, last but not least, a Funny Face mode for instant giggles.

The new models should be arriving in the UK within the next month although at the time of writing prices have yet to be confirmed.
