Fans of Samsung Galaxy devices will be pleased to hear the next device is nearly with us.
The Samsung Galaxy S7 will be revealed as soon as February 21.
This is a date we’ve heard peddled by rumour-spinners before, and just this weekend gone we had one established tipster leaking grabs from the official Samsung video, which we’ve published below.
Now Samsung itself has issued an official invite to its next Galaxy Unpacked event on Sunday February 21 at 19:00 CET (18:00 GMT). The venue is Barcelona’s CCIB.
The date falls just one day before this year’s Mobile World Congress kicks off in the aforementioned Spanish city, which gels with Samsung’s usual smartphone launch strategy.
However, it’s likely that the handset won’t actually go on sale in the UK until March.
