Showing off a more squared form factor, when compared with the current Samsung Galaxy S3, the newly leaked Samsung Galaxy S4 picture has been spotted on photo sharing site Picasa, seemingly disproving recent Samsung Galaxy S4 rumours that the next-gen Android handset would not feature a physical home button.
Seemingly set to play host to the standard dedicated home button, the leaked Samsung Galaxy S4 image has added to recent Samsung Galaxy S4 rumours that the Korean manufacturer will increase its next-gen handset in size, showing the claimed handset towering over its iPhone 5 topping Samsung Galaxy S3 sibling.
As well as offering an indication in to the Samsung Galaxy S4 screen size, the latest image has hinted towards an April 22 Samsung Galaxy S4 release date with the device shown displaying the post MWC 2013 date.
Samsung Galaxy S4 Rumours
One of the most eagerly awaited handsets yet to be announced, a flurry of recent Samsung Galaxy S4 rumours have seen the far form confirmed device tipped to play host to everything from an unbreakable and flexible display to a button-less, entirely touchscreen interface. Whilst these reports have been widely dismissed, a number of Samsung Galaxy S4 rumours have offered potentially accurate insight into the handset’s specs sheet.
With a 4.99-inch Full HD 1080p Super AMOLED display seemingly given the nod, the Samsung Galaxy S4 is expected to once again increase in size with the Android powered handset also set to benefit from the CES 2013 eight-core Exynos 5 octa-core processor.
Pairing a premium processor with a further high-end collection of innards, the Samsung Galaxy S4 features list is said to be bolstered by 2GB of RAM, a 13-megapixel rear-mounted camera with 1080p Full HD video recording capabilities and a second snapper around front for video calling.
With the Samsung Galaxy S4 picture having teasing a potential April 22 Samsung Galaxy S4 release date, past reports have also tipped the mooted handset to touch down in April with Samsung expected to host a dedicated post CES launch event in order to avoid coverage competition.
