Samsung has released an official Samsung Unpacked invite for a Samsung Galaxy S4 event to be held in New York’s Times Square on March 14.
The invite, posted on the Samsung Mobile twitter feed, confirms that the next Samsung Unpacked event will be the launch of the Samsung Galaxy S4, with the headline “Be ready 4 the next galaxy”.

With only the hashtag #UNPACKED and the twitter handle @timessquare, the invite gives little away about the upcoming Samsung flagship. As the event is only a fortnight away, we guess that rumours surrounding the most eagerly awaited smart device will be reaching fever point.
Samsung Galaxy S4 rumours
The successor to the market leading Samsung Galaxy S3, the Samsung Galaxy S4 should be a powerhouse of a device. Rumoured to sport a 4.99-inch Full HD AMOLED display, the Samsung Galaxy S4 could feature a square-edged design that looks set to move away from the distinctive Samsung pebble shape.
According to rumours, the next Samsung flagship will run Android 4.2 Jelly Bean alongside the latest Samsung Touchwiz 6.0 UI powered by an energetic 3100mAh battery.
There has been much dispute surrounding the Samsung Galaxy S4 processor, with some saying that it will pack the Exynos 5 Octa chipset unveiled at CES 2013. However, others have suggested the handset will ship with a quad-core Exynos 5440 CPU and 2GB of RAM.
The Samsung Galaxy S4 is strongly rumoured to have a 13-megapixel rear-facing camera with Samsung’s Orb technology capable of capturing 360-degree photographs, and 4G LTE connectivity.
