Pure Jongo A140B wireless hi-fi adaptor announced

Helping to kick off CES 2013 ahead of tomorrow’s high-profile press conferences, audio specialist Pure has expanded its Jongo-branded wireless speaker selection with the Pure Jongo A140B.

The latest addition to the Pure Jongo line, the Pure Jongo A140B is a compact and colourful wireless hi-fi adaptor which will line up alongside the current Pure Jongo S340B portable wireless speaker and fellow CES 2013 unveiling, the Pure Jongo T640B wireless stereo speaker.

“The world’s first family of affordable multiroom audio products, the Pure Jongo system allows the user to start with a single speaker and add more Jongo products for perfectly synchronised audio all around their home,” an official spokesperson for the company said.

Allowing users to transform their current audio system from a mere hi-end hi-fi into a more versatile wireless setup that offers multiroom audio playback, the Pure Jongo A140B is a compact unit that is connected to your existing speakers.

Cutting down the costs of adding a wireless, multiroom audio system to your home’s tech arsenal, the Pure Jongo A140B boasts an integrated 24-bit digital to analogue audio converter, as well as optical and coaxial digital and dual phono analogue audio outputs, to help ensure, crisp, high-end audio performances.

Like the rest of the Pure Jongo range, the Pure Jongo A140B wireless hi-fi adaptor is available in a range of varying colour schemes with sveltely designed system offered in typical black and white hues, as well as the more vibrant lime green, mango and burnt orange tones.

Pure Jongo A140B Release Date and Price

Set to hit retailers in a matter of weeks, the Pure Jongo A140B release date will take place “in the first half of 2013” with the manufacturer revealing that a Pure Jongo A140B price tag will be placed at the highly reasonable and wallet-friendly £99.99 marker.
