PUBG is getting a free weekend on Xbox One next week

Bluehole’s PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds will be free-to-play on Xbox One throughout the weekend starting April 19.
The upcoming free weekend is coming as part of Microsoft’s Xbox Live Gold Free Play Days, meaning you’ll require an active membership to gain access.
Players can download the entire PUBG experience including all of the modes available in the console preview version. Battle Points also carry over to the full release.
Keep in mind that PUBG on Xbox One is still in development so potential bugs and performance problems can be expected. Those playing on Xbox One X will likely have a better time.

In addition to the free weekend Microsoft has announced a new bundle of downloadable content for PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds.
The cosmetic pack contains a baseball cap and varsity jacket donning the iconic Xbox colour. They look pretty cool, and will stay with your account if purchased during the free weekend.
PUBG is one of the finest Battle Royale experiences around and frequent updates and changes only make it more exciting. Here’s hoping the console release continues to improve.
