We’ve been tracking the best Black Friday deals for the last few weeks now and one product has been conspicuous by its absence; the Sony PS4 Pro.
The 2016 souped-up, 4K enabled PlayStation 4 has been rigidly stuck at $399 since it arrived on the scene a year ago.

However, that changed on Thursday when GameStop’s offers for the biggest shopping day of 2017, emerged online.
The most notable deal is the seemingly-exclusive Sony PS4 Pro price cut. The retailer is offering $50 off the RRP, meaning it’ll be just $349 compared to the usual $399.
Elsewhere, there’s a cracking offer on the regular ol’ PS4 Slim 1TB, which is just $199. We’ve seen that price floated around by Sony ahead of Black Friday, but GameStop is going one better with a $50 gift card included.
That’ll get you the console and will go a long way towards paying for the game of your choice.
Speaking of games, the retailer is discounting pretty much all of the big-hitting blockbuster games from 2017. The deals commence on Thanksgiving, November 23, and run until November 26.
Some of the highlights including forthcoming better-than-half-price deals on:
- NBA 2K18 on Xbox One and PS4 for $27 on Black Friday
- Madden 18 on PS4 and Xbox One for $27
- FIFA 18 on Xbox One and PS4 for $27 at GameStop on Black Friday
- Middle-earth: Shadow of War on PS4 and Xbox One for $27
- Destiny 2 for $27 (Thursday and Friday only) on Xbox One and PS4
GameStop is also taking up Microsoft’s offering on the Xbox One S console for $189, while bundles on a 1TB console start at $299.
