PlayStation Plus April 2016 – Zombi confirmed in PS4 lineup

Zombi and Dead Star are PlayStation Plus’ free games for April.

Sony revealed the PS Plus lineup for April in a blog post, with Ubisoft’s enjoyable and intense zombie survival horror part of an impressive month.

Zombi is a re-release of Wii U launch title ZombiU, naturally adapting the GamePad functionality to suit the new-gen consoles. The game features permadeath for your character, meaning once you’re eating, you have to try as a new player in London’s apocalypse to go back and retrieve your stuff.

The second game to come to PS4 as a Plus game is Dead Star, a team-based space-shooter/RPG-blend that features 10-versus-10 online matches. Aside from shooting other ships you’ll spend time upgrading your ship with skill trees, weapon improvements and developing team strategies.

Here’s a full list of what’s coming to PS Plus this month, starting on 5 April:

  • Dead Star (PS4)
  • Zombi (PS4)
  • I Am Alive (PS3)
  • Savage Moon (PS3)
  • A Virus Named Tom (PS Vita)
  • Shutshimi (PS Vita)
