Is the PlayStation Network down? Sony suffering more PSN outages
The PlayStation Network is experiencing outages for the second time this week.
The company’s US status page shows a number of the network’s services are suffering, including PSN gaming, the PlayStation Store and account management.
Gamers may have problems signing into the platform in the US and North America.
“You may have some difficulty launching games, applications, or online features, Sony writes.
“Our engineers are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible, and we thank you for your patience.”

The PlayStation Now game streaming services, as well as the video and music platform. In fact the only service that’s currently running perfectly is PlayStation Vue.
Venture Beat reports apps like Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Prime are failing to work on PS3 and PS4 consoles in the US too.
The problems currently seem limited to the North American market with the UK and European PSN networks currently operating as planned.
