Pixel 2 to come in ‘Kinda Blue’ alongside a kinda new Daydream headset

It has been a bumper afternoon for Google leaks. We’ve already seen the designs and prices of the Pixel 2 XL and Google Home Mini speaker purportedly revealed.
Now it’s the turn of the smaller Pixel 2 and an apparent new version of the Google Daydream VR headset.
First up, it’s the Pixel 2, which will reportedly arrive in this fetching shade of Kinda Blue. That’ll be joined by Just Black, and Clearly White.
According to Droid-Life, the source of all today’s Google leaks, it’ll be available in 64GB and 128GB and will cost $649 and $749.
If all leaks prove accurate, it gives Android fans four price tiers, $100 apart. The Pixel 2 XL will reportedly cost $849 (64GB) and $949 (128GB).
New Daydream
Meanwhile, the new Daydream View headset will cost $99, according to a separate report. That’s up from $79 for the current iteration.
What exactly is new about the model remains to be seen, but it appears to have more of a cloth-like finish, compared to the knitted predecessor.
Given the price increase we have to assume new features are on the away.
We’ll find out for sure on October 4 when Google hosts its autumn event.
