PES 2017: Jim Beglin doesn’t care if you hate his commentary

Voice recording for PES 2017 commentary is set to take place this week.
Football commentator and PES regular Jim Beglin confirmed the news, and also said he’s not too fussed whether or not fans aren’t happy with his performance:

Beglin has been a commentator for Pro Evolution soccer since 2011. Ironically, the commentary was listed as a weak point in our review of PES 2016.

Konami made the decision to offer PES’ MyClub mode as free-to-play shortly after launch, a first for the franchise. While the game reviewed well with critics, sales didn’t quite live up to expectation, perhaps explaining why a portion of the game was made available for free to all, hopefully boosting funds via microtransactions for the developer.
There’s still little known about PES 2017 at this time, with full game reveals usually occurring around E3 and Gamescom, but we can usually expect the game to launch some time just before FIFA, as Konami always likes to sneak out just before its biggest rival.
