Hi resolution images of the upcoming HTC One A9 phone have been released by Orange France in an apparent slip up.
Although previous leaks have revealed the design of the A9, the images published by Orange France offer our best look yet at HTC’s upcoming device.
It comes as HTC prepares for an October 20 event where they are expected to officially announce the new mid-range handset.
Images of the device appeared on a product page published by the French carrier where the phone is listed as costing €599, which works out as $686 and £442.
The price may simply be a placeholder as it seems high for what is rumoured to be a mid-range phone.
Listed as being “slim and stylish” and featuring the new Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS, the One A9 is said to feature a 13 megapixel camera on the back and 4 megapixel front-facing camera.

The page also lists the phone as featuring a 5-inch 1,080 x 1,920 pixel screen and the HTC Sense Home software.
Similarities between the A9 and the iPhone have been noted, including the plastic antenna lines, the protruding circular camera, and the curved metal unibody design.
In terms of hardware, the device is expected to feature a Snapdragon 817 octa-core chip, 2GB of RAM, and 16GB of storage.
