Official Samsung Galaxy S5 cases available to pre-order in the UK

The official Samsung Galaxy S5 cases are now available to pre-order in the UK and they’ll set you back a pretty penny.

If you’re looking to buy Samsung’s latest flagship come the April 11 Galaxy S5 release date, you might want to invest in one of Samsung’s official case range.

The folks over at MobileFun have listed the full range of official Galaxy S5 covers and have made them available to pre-order for delivery in time for the phone’s release date.

Basically there are three different style covers available for the upcoming Galaxy S5.

The most expensive option is the Galaxy S5 S View Wireless Charging cover. Available in Black and White, it retails for £54.99.

Its lofty price is down to the wireless charging capability built into the back of the case, which also features a viewing window in the front. The case also offers auto sleep/wake and complete screen package.

If you don’t want to fork out extra for the wireless charging, then you can purchase the Galaxy S5 S View Cover Case. It is £10 cheaper at £44.99, but is available in a wider colour variety – Blue Black, Topaz Blue, Rose Gold, White and Glam Pink.

Apart from the lack of wireless charging, the S View Cover Case is exactly the same as the dearer model.

There’s also the Galaxy S5 Flip Wallet Cover, which is the more cost conscious official option. For £29.99, you can get a Blue Black, Blue Topaz, White, Rose Gold or Glam Pink Flip Wallet Case that provides 360-degree protection for your new S5.

It doesn’t have any kind of viewing window, but does have a slot on the inside of the front flap for your credit card. The Flip Wallet also offers the auto sleep/wake functionality like the S View counterparts.

Although we have no official pricing for the Samsung Galaxy S5, recent leaks peg it for a £580 SIM-free price tag.
