Official Nokia Lumia 2520 tablet pictures leak ahead of launch

Nokia looks all but certain to enter the tablet race in the coming weeks, with official looking Nokia Lumia 2520 tablet pictures leaking online.

Having previously made a premature appearance in a vibrant red hue, the latest Nokia Lumia 2520 pictures have shown the as yet unconfirmed tablet in a bright cyan finish – that’s blue to us regular folks.

Hitting the web courtesy of the Twitter based serial tech tipster @Evleaks, the latest Nokia tablet pictures have emerged alongside the simple proclamation: “Nokia Lumia 2520, in cyan, 2013.”

With the latest Nokia Lumia 2520 pictures looking like official press shots, it is widely expected that the company’s first tablet and iPad 5 rival will be formally unveiled during the October 22 Nokia World Conference in Abu Dhabi.

Although sure to be one of the highlights of the show, the first Nokia tablet will not have the limelight all to itself. Also rumoured for an October 22 unveiled is the Nokia Lumia 1520, a phablet sized device which looks set to become the first Windows Phone smartphone with both a 1080p Full HD display and a quad-core processor in tow.

Alongside the Nokia tablet and phablet offerings, as many as four further smartphones are expected to be announced at Nokia World, with the entry level Nokia Lumia 1320 tipped to land alongside a tri of barebones phones for emerging markets.

While the latest leaks have offered no Nokia Lumia 2520 specs, previous Nokia tablet rumours have provided early insight into the tablet’s features list.

Expected to host a 10.1-inch IPS display with a 1920 x 1080p Full HD resolution, the Nokia Lumia 2520 will be further enhanced by a Snapdragon 800 processor, 2GB of RAM and the Windows RT operating system.

We will be on hand in Abu Dhabi to bring you all the latest on the Nokia tablet unveiling so stay tuned to TrustedReview for all the up-to-date information.
