Oculus Rift Games – Every game available for the VR headset

The Oculus Rift is available right now. With many PC gamers currently enjoying one or contemplating a purchase, we’ve compiled a list of every Rift game available to buy now and the ones that are coming soon.

You can see the complete list of Oculus Rift games on both Steam and Oculus stores, so don’t worry if you prefer one storefront over the other.

For the best VR games, check out our round-up.

We’ll be updating this page as more games are announced and launched, so be sure to bookmark!

With so many games to choose from, it’s easy to get a little lost, so we’ve put together a list of the best Oculus Rift games you can play right now.

Our Top 10 Oculus Rift Games 2016

  • Chronos – One of the first VR RPG titles. Definitely worth a play to give you a brand-new perspective on dungeon crawlers.
  • Blaze Rush
  • Eve Valkyri: An intense, arcadey space combat fun-fest. As a pilot you’ll join huge multiplayer battles and fight to take out enemy ships in a variety of modes. A must-buy for all VR owners.
  • ESPER 2 – Inspired by POrtal’s wonderful sense of humour, you must use telekinetic abilities to guide your way through a series of challenge rooms.
  • Farlands – Think Spore in VR and you’re close. Journeying to distant alien planets and observing its wildlife, you can interact with these creatures by feeding them and seeing how they change. Helps that it’s gorgeous to look at and also another freebie.
  • Elite: Dangerous – For a more patient and considered space flight affair, you need Elite. Exploring the galaxy and engaging in trades and battles with other players make this an engrossing experience.
  • Edge of Nowhere – Ratchet and Clank developer Insomniac’s first VR game. The third-person action adventure leads you on a treacherous trail in Antarctica. An intense thriller, if a little short.
  • Lucky’s Tale – As an Oculus Rift freebie, it helps that Lucky’s Tale is also a very good game. It shows an early glimpse of how platformers can be done in VR. Simple yet an excellent offering.
  • Project Cars – Driving cars in first person, in VR, in gorgeous detail. If you love racing sims, you need this in your collection.
  • The Assembly – Another chance to see a classic genre reinvigorated by virtual reality. This sci-fi adventure is well worth a look.
