Nvidia made a series of major announcements CES 2021 which will no doubt delight both desktop and laptop PC gamers.

Nvidia 30 Series mobile GPUs will give gaming laptops a boost
Nvidia announced that it’s launching three new mobile GPUs for gaming laptops: the RTX 3080, 3070 and 3060.
The RTX 3060 mobile GPU, which is the least powerful of the trio, is apparently 30% faster than a PS5, and delivers a 90fps Ultra 1080p performance despite seeing laptop prices start at $999.
The other two GPUs take the performance levels even higher, with Nvidia claiming the RTX 3080 mobile GPU will power the “world’s fastest laptops”.
Every one of the new RTX 30-Series mobile GPUs will support both ray tracing and DLSS too, bringing next-gen features to portable systems as the RTX 20 mobile GPUs did before them.
Over 70 different laptop models will reportedly feature the new mobile GPUs, with the very first hitting stores as soon as 26th January.
Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060
Many PC gamers may be disappointed that the RTX 3080 Ti failed to show up at the Nvidia CES 2021 event, but there’s still good news on the desktop graphics card front.
Nvidia unveiled the RTX 3060 graphics card, which is set to become the most affordable 30-Seires graphics card on the market. The new card will target a 60+ FPS performance for 1080p gaming, while also boasting high-end features such as ray tracing and DLSS.
The new graphics card will launch in February with a starting price of $329. There’s no word on UK pricing just yet, but we’ll update this article once we hear more.

New games add ray tracing, DLSS and Nvidia Reflex support
Nvidia’s graphics cards enable lots of excellent high-end features, but not every game supports such technology. Fortunately, Nvidia announced a long list of games that will be embracing Nvidia’s technology in the immediate future.
Call of Duty: Warzone, Outriders, Five Nights at Freddy’s: Security Breach and The Medium will all be adding DLSS support, while the last two games on that list will also benefit from ray tracing.
Nvidia Reflex support, which helps to reduce the latency for competitive games, will also be coming to Overwatch and Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege.
