Nintendo has revealed the Nintendo Wii U launch line-up with 24 Wii U games confirmed to go on sale to coincide with the November 30 Nintendo Wii U UK release date.
The collection of 24 titles, which does not including games that can be downloaded via the Nintendo eShop, will be available from retailers alongside a trio of Nintendo Wii U console bundles that will incorportate both the Basic and Premium consoles.
In the UK, Wii U buyers will be able to choose from three hardware packages. One of these includes Ubisoft’s exclusive ZombiU, if you get the limited edition £330 Premium Pack. That bundle has a 32GB black version of the console and GamePad as well as a Pro Controller, which retails separately for £40. ZombiU costs £44 on its own.
The alternative £299 32GB black edition of the Premium Pack comes with the more family-friendly Nintendo Land game. The Basic white 8GB console pack costs £248 and does not include any software.
The full list of games available from day one, in alphabetical order, is as follows: Assassin’s Creed III, Batman: Arkham City Armoured Edition, Ben 10: Omniverse, Call of Duty: Black Ops II, Darksiders 2, EA Sports FIFA 13, Disney’s Epic Mickey 2: The Power of Two, Family Party: 30 Great Games – Obstacle Arcade, Funky Barn, Game Party Champions, Just Dance 4, Mass Effect 3 Special Edition, New Super Mario Bros U, Nintendo Land, Rabbids Land, Skylanders Giants, Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed, Sports Connection, Tank! Tank! Tank!, Tekken Tag Tournament 2 Wii U Edition, Transformers Prime, Warriors Orochi Hyper, Your Shape: Fitness Evolved 2013 and the aforementioned ZombiU.
Nintendo is also putting on events around the country in case you want to have a hands-on experience with the console before buying one.
