Moto G4 (2016) Deals: Where to buy new Moto G and Moto G Plus

The new Moto G4 (2016) is official, and it’s as cheap as we expected – great news for phone buyers on a budget.

The fourth-generation Moto G and the new Moto G Plus were announced on May 17 – that’s today! The former features a large 5.5-inch Full HD screen, a 13-megapixel camera, and a Snapdragon 617 processor, while the latter ships with a 16-megapixel camera and a fingerprint sensor on board.

Motorola hasn’t given us exact on-sale dates, but confirmed that the Moto G release date would fall in early June, while the Moto G Plus release date is scheduled for mid-June. We’re not sure why the launches have been separated, but we’ll update this article when we know more.

Moto G – £169 – Available from Tesco Mobile, Argos, and Amazon
Moto G Plus – £199 – Available exclusively from Amazon

Both phones are available in black and white colour variants.

Moto G4 Contract Offers

We’re still waiting for confirmation from phone networks regarding contract offers, but we expect that the major providers will be offering the Moto G. Motorola tells us that the Moto G Plus is an Amazon exclusive however, so it’s not clear whether phone networks will ever offer the handset on contract.
