Mortal Kombat X craft beer range will get you mortalled
If you’re having a particularly bad night on Mortal Kombat X, with friends executing your character with one grotesque fatality after another, you’re probably going to need a beer.
Thankfully, Sound Brewery in Poulsbo, Washington, has the solution with this officially licensed array of Mortal Kombat X craft beers.
The limited release ales come in 22oz bottles, but given the respective strength of beers like the best-served-cold 8% Sub Zero Imperial IPA, you won’t need many of them.

Next up is the Raiden Imperial Saison, which “has a blast of hops and CO2 that will hit your tongue with a bang.”
Finally we’ve got Scorpion Imperial Stout which might give you the Dutch courage to attract potential lovers to “Get Over Here!” (sorry).
“A unique blend for great Imperial Stout brings both fire and ice into your glass,” the release explains. “The fiery southwest chilies and cooling Madagascar Vanilla Bean pair nicely with the exotic notes produced by our own yeast strain.”
Mortal Kombat X was released in April 2015 and earned an excellent 9/10 review from TrustedReviews.
We’ll endeavour to give this trio of inspired beverages a try and get back to you with the results.
