Microsoft will cast aside the option to easily share Wi-Fi passwords within Windows 10.
The portion of the Wi-Fi Sense feature had allowed users to easily share network details with contacts in range.
In principle, the feature was designed to make it easier furnish visitors with details without crawling around on all-fours reading out passwords.
The option allowed users to choose whether they shared with Outlook, Skype and Facebook contacts.
Wi-Fi Sense enabled administrators to grant access to the network but never shared the password.

However, in the latest preview edition of Windows 10, Microsoft has opted to remove this element of the feature because it wasn’t being used enough.
