Fore! That’s what you probably shout at your local course on a weekend, but we’re at the half way point in the Masters and all eyes in the golfing universe will be on the world’s best as they compete in the 2018 Masters golf tournament.
Not only is it the first major of the year, it’s widely regarded as golf’s most prestigious tournament – and there are a number of intriguing storylines this year, from Rory McIlroy’s quest for an inaugural Green Jacket and career Grand Slam to Tiger Woods’ resurgent form.
Those two, along with Dustin Johnson and Jason Day, are among the favourites for the Masters 2018, but we also like the look of Rafael Cabrera-Bello, Jon Rahm, and Hideki Matsuyama. For more tips and expert insight, check out this Masters 2018 tips guide from our friends at Golf Monthly.
Now, on to the business of how to live stream the 2018 Masters golf for free – and TV coverage details.
Masters 2018 Live Stream and TV Coverage: Watch the 2018 Masters golf for free this weekend
In the UK, rights to the Masters golf 2018 are shared by Sky Sports and the BBC.
Unfortunately, US coverage restrictions mean that it’s not quite as easy to follow all the action live as it should be – though there are ways.
Sky Sports has (nearly) full live coverage of all four days. While TV coverage doesn’t start until the evening in the UK (full details below), you can use the Red Button on the new-look Sky Sports Golf channel for expanded coverage beginning at 2pm BST for live coverage of featured groups.

Likewise, you can tap into addition live streams via the BBC Sport website , when its coverage properly kicks in at the weekend, and use the BBC red button functionality to follow specific groups and the legendary Amen Corner holes.
You can also follow a Masters 2018 live stream on the tournament’s official website here.
This all means that, provided you’ve got a valid UK TV license, you can stream the best of Masters golf 2018 for free using BBC iPlayer (here), while paying Sky customers can watch for no additional cost using Sky Go (here). Both platforms offer a wide range of apps, with most phones, tablets, laptops, PCs, consoles, and set-top boxes supported.
All times are BST.
