Mass Effect: Andromeda early gameplay footage leaks

Prototype footage of Mass Effect: Andromeda has been uncovered on the “website of a certain developer” by eagle-eyed NeoGAF users.

Taken from a 2014 prototype, the brief clip shows the player using jetpacks to navigate the environment and climb nearby buildings. The Krogan race also makes a return, looking angrier than ever.

The HUD shown in the footage matches that shown by BioWare back in November 2015, lending more legitimacy to the leak.

Electronic Arts has since removed the footage due to copyright reasons, but you can still watch a mirrored version here (via PCgamesN).

Mass Effect: Andromeda is set to launch in early 2017 for PS4, Xbox One and PC.

It will be the first entry in the franchise since Mass Effect 3 in March 2012.

You can expect to see more of Mass: Effect Andromeda at EA’s offsite event at E3 2016.
