Apple store in London raided by hammer-wielding moped gang
Ten robbers have stolen thousands of pounds worth of Apple devices in an early morning raid on the Apple store in Regent Street.
The gang is believed to have smashed a moped through the glass front doors of the shop, then threatened security guards with hammers when they attempted to intervene.
Witness video of the incident has since been shared online, and you can watch the unbelievable situation unfold below.
Thousands of pounds worth of iPhones, iPads and Apple Watches were stolen in the early hours burglary, which was all over within three minutes.
The store has since returned to normal operation, and two of the stolen iPhone X handsets have been recovered.
Earlier this month, iPhone X thieves got away with £280,000 worth of Apple devices from a delivery van in San Francisco, but plenty of folks are still snapping it up in a more legal manner if the launch day queues are anything to go by.
