LG G3 could include “advanced personalisation” features

The LG G3 could include “advanced personalisation” features according to a source from LG itself.

It seems LG will be focusing on making your smartphone more personalised with the LG G3 and will introduce what is being called “advanced personalisation” features when it is launched later this year.

According to “a source at LG” speaking to Phone Arena, the LG G3 software will focus on a stronger personal touch.

The information provided suggested that LG will take advantage of some of the Google Now personal assistant features, including traffic alerts, calendar organisation, location reminders as well as intelligent news and location recommendations.

However, there were some indications that the LG G3 will have new in-built intelligent custom software features.

Apparently the LG G3 will continuously and intelligently adapt to your usage patterns and smartphone habits to give you personalised information.

The source also suggested that the LG G3 software will go so far as to change the user interface according to how you used the device, in order to make your usage more productive.

The G3 will also provide “helpful ideas” to help you make use of your phone.

All this sounds a lot like Yahoo’s Aviate, a contextual homescreen app that simplifies your phone according to your needs and habits.

The sources also suggested that the G3 will definitely feature the rumoured 5.5-inch Quad HD display, which would offer a resolution of 2560 x 1440p and a whopping image density of 534ppi.

If this is correct, the G3 will be the smartphone with the highest PPI rating of all those currently on the market.

It is expected to be released in July, earlier than the usual September release cycle.
