Warner Bros and Traveller’s Tales have announced LEGO The Incredibles, and the game is right around the corner.
The video game will tie into the launch of The Incredibles 2 in theatres, but will take inspiration from both movies. Ahead of its launch, Trusted Reviews has rounded up everything you need to know about the game.
LEGO The Incredibles Release Date – It’s right around the corner

LEGO The Incredibles Gameplay – What can we expect?
According to the official website, players can expect a “fun-filled adventure that puts you in control of your favorite Incredibles characters. Team up as the super hero Parr family to conquer crime and relive in LEGO form the unforgettable scenes and your favorite moments from The Incredibles and Incredibles 2 movies.”
Players will be able to utilise each of the Parr family’s powers to take down enemies. “Work together and combine the Parr family’s iconic abilities and unique powers to build amazing, massive LEGO structures. With Mr. Incredible’s unparalleled super strength, Elastigirl’s flexible transformations and the rest of the gang’s awe-inspiring gifts, teamwork has never been so much fun.”
According to the site, the game world will be divided into districts, where players will have to complete side missions before taking on super villains to save the city.
Although the game will feature recognisable characters, customisation will also be available using Edna “E” Mode’s fashion design capabilities.
Outside of the Parr family, it’s unclear which other characters will be playable, if any at all. Hopefully we’ll get a huge cast of characters like in other LEGO games.

In terms of gameplay, it’s fair to expect a similar style to that seen in the likes of LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2, where the aim of the game is to collect hidden items, and smash everything in sight to build new objects to proceed.
