Jetpacks are real and they’ve been caught in 4K flying around Dubai

The future is well and truly here as jetpacks and 4K collide in the skies above Dubai to create one unbelievable video.

The Jetman Dubai: Young Feathers video (available below) sees jetmen Yves Rossy and Vince Reffet don jet-propelled wing suits to push the boundaries of human flight.

Fortunately for us, their crazy/awesome actions have been captured in 4K for our next-gen visual enjoyment.

From cruising above the desert to circling the world’s tallest building, Burj Khalifa, Rossy and Reffet can be seen pushing their jetpacks to the limits thanks to a series of GoPro and chase plane captured shots.

“The future of human flight is clear,” Rossy states in the video. “We will be completely autonomous like a bird. The dream is to be completely free.

If you’re not yet privy to a 4K TV or monitor, fret not, the footage looks pretty damn cool however you watch it.

So, stop reading, start watching and marvel in the next phase of human flight evolution.
