New iPhone X cases celebrate the coolest iMac ever

The Apple iMac G3 is arguably the machine that put the fabled company back on the map and, believe it or not, it arrived twenty years ago this year.
So, what better time for a special edition iPhone case to commemorate that classic translucent shell?
Spiegel is launching a new range of cases dubbed the Classic C1 serving up an homage to the “familiar but extraordinary” two-tone designs.
The case, which boast some pretty tremendous attention to detail, are currently available to back via an Indiegogo campaign, which has already surpassed its modest $5,000 funding goal.

Backers can choose from a range of colours (sage, ruby, graphite and snow). Each case has three components built from polycarbonate and shock-absorbing TPU and are also compatible with wireless chargers.
The early-bird cases are available from $22, which is 45% off the eventual $40 asking price. For $35, backers can get an iPhone 2G style case bundled in as an Indiegogo exclusive.
We’re not sure why the noted case manufacturer needs to launch this through a crowdfunding campaign, but there you go.
