iPad Pro to pack a Force Touch-enabled stylus?

Apple is working on a pressure-sensitive stylus to bring Force Touch capabilities to its expected iPad Pro release, one analyst has claimed.
Noted insider Ming-Chi Kuo of KGI securities reckons the 12.9-inch slate will go into production in September or October with a release in time for the holidays.
That would probably rule it out of an appearance at next month’s iPhone launch event, but Apple often saves the iPad keynote until later in the autumn.
While we’re often loathe to take analysts’ predictions seriously, Ming-Chi Kuo has a better record than most. He says (via Macrumors) the company has already picked its supplier for the in-house developed stylus accessory.
While the iPhone 6S iteration of Force Touch is likely to be a finger-centric feature, Kuo suggested a stylus would be necessary for the larger screen in order to ensure accuracy.
He wrote: “
“Technically, we believe the stylus can be made compatible with iPad models other than the 12.9-inch version, but it depends on the support of software.”
