HTC Bliss (Or Rhyme) Comes Out Of Hiding

A couple of weeks ago we went to the launch of HTC’s latest
WP7 handsets, the HTC Titan and the HTC Radar.

Earlier this week we got a glimpse of the HTC Runnymede which looks like the Android version of the Titan, and now leaked
images of what looks like an Android version of the Radar have emerged.

The new phone is rumoured to be called the HTC Bliss or the
HTC Rhyme depending on who you believe, but most sources claim that it will be
launched next week at an HTC event in New
York – spot the 20 September date on the homepage of the handset in the official-looking renders .

If it is anything like the Radar, the Bliss will have a 3.8in
screen with a 480×800 resolution, 1GHz Snapdragon processor and 5 megapixel
camera. We expect the latest version of Android Gingerbread will be on board.

From the leaked images, which HTCInside managed to nab, the new phone will also be preloaded with the HTC Sense
3.5 skin.

The dual name rumour could hint that two versions of the
phone may be appearing next week, one in the US and one in Europe and Asia.
We’ll be keeping an eye on that event in New
York next week and bringing you all the latest
details as they are announced.
