GTA V’s new update is now available on PS4 and Xbox One

The new GTA 5 update adds Freemode online events and Rockstar Editor to PS4 and Xbox One.
Rockstar Games has released the latest update for Grand Theft Auto V, which is now available to download on Xbox One and PS4.
The anticipated update will finally introduce the Rockstar Editor to consoles, which was previously exclusive to PC.
Rockstar Editor has been updated with more features, such as ambient sound effects and ten additional trophies/achievements to unlock.
The editor will boast all of the same features found in the PC version of the game, albeit with some editing limitations.

Freemode Events are also being introduced to Grand Theft Auto Online, which represent “an entirely new way to play,” according to Rockstar.
These are spontaneous and natural events that will trigger when players come across them.
Players will encounter no loading screens or lobbies; they can simply take part in events the second they see them.
There will be around ten Freemode Events available at first, with more planned for the future.
All of the current events can be seen here, alongside a more comprehensive description of the new update.
If you compete in more than five of the new challenges before 20 September, you’ll earn $50,000 GTA dollars and an exclusive in-game T-shirt.
Last week, Rockstar Games announced that it will no longer be supporting the PS3 and Xbox 360 versions of Grand Theft Auto V.
