As part of today’s GTA 5 release date, publisher Rockstar Games has launched the official GTA 5 manual as a free to download smartphone and tablet app.
Offering more than 100 pages of GTA 5 walk throughs, cheats and information, the digital GTA 5 manual can be downloaded for free on iPhone and iPad devices right now. Although not presently available, Rockstar has confirmed that the GTA 5 manual app will be made available for Android and Windows Phone users at a later date as well as landing as a PC and Mac download.

Offering further details on what to expect from the app-based GTA 5 manual, the gaming giant added: “The official manual app has everything from essential and practical Game Controls, Features and Credits info to a tour through the activities and local shops and brands in the game – and best yet, a special digital version of the game map to zoom in and explore with an interactive legend to browse neighbourhoods and points of interest all over the entire world of Los Santos and Blaine County.”
Today’s September 17 GTA 5 release date marks the arrival of the year’s most eagerly awaited game with GTA 5 pre-orders having already smashed records.
Not the only GTA 5 app to accompany the game’s release, yesterday Rockstar launched a GTA 5: iFruit app, a companion service which can directly influence your in-game experiences.
