Who needs a next-gen console?
Personally I still haven’t had (or made) time to play GTA IV just yet, but after the 21st of November, I might be more inclined to do so. That’s because Rockstar has just confirmed that as the release date for the PC version of the latest Grand Theft Auto game – and it’s not just a straight conversion either.
The most important thing, of course, is that PC gamers will be able to experience the game that many a console owner has been raving about for several months now. Better yet, Rockstar is promising “expanded multiplayer” specifically for the PC. Saying that, PC gamers have been playing GTS online since the days of GTA III PC, thanks to mods such as Theft Auto.
Hopefully some of the bugs the plagued the console games will have been fixed for the PC. Increased draw distances, in particular, would be nice, alongside any other graphics enhancements Rockstar wants to throw at us.
