Black Friday is so last week. Literally. And boy are we’re thankful for that. However, that doesn’t mean we’re gonna just abdicate our responsibility to alert you to the best deals in tech.
US retailer Best Buy is offering a deal on Google Home speakers that’s arguably even better than its Deals Week offerings.
The Assistant-powered speaker is currently just $129.98 for a two pack. That’s essentially buy one, get one free.
Of course, the Google Home sank as low as $79.99 last week, which makes this offering even better value if you’re doubling down.
The offer is the first Best Buy’s December Doorbuster deals. The company is running 20 days of deals, which are likely to be similar in stature to the post-Thanksgiving offerings.
Today’s others include half price on Destiny 2 for PS4 and Xbox, a 60-inch 4K LG TV for $599 and an LG 4K BLu-ray player for under $100.
The retailer is promising offers on MacBooks, headphones, drones, VR headsets, iPads and Samsung phones over the course of the next three weeks.
The continued Google Home price cuts also likely reflects the manufacturer’s desire to get the speaker in as many homes as humanly possible.
The Google Home Mini can still be nabbed for as little as $29 following the Black Friday sales.
Just yesterday we learned the Google Home Max, the third and most powerful speaker in the range, is likely to launch in the US on December 11.
No word on the UK release date just yet.
