Google Home will talk to you about Wimbledon if nobody else wants to

Thanks to a Wimbledon-themed update, Google Home can now talk to you about the tennis (even when no one else will because they’re too busy waiting for the football to kick off again). 

All this talk of the World Cup means that the start of the British Tennis season has almost gone unnoticed. To celebrate the arrival of Wimbledon, the Google Assistant is serving up some ace tennis-themed chat, so you have someone to rally with. Sorry.

If you have the Google Home or Google Home Mini, you can access these fun facts by asking any of the tennis-related questions in the list below.

Google regularly updates its Assistant with topical, hidden answers (or Easter Eggs), to encourage users to have fun with their Home devices, rather than just barking instructions at them.
