Galaxy S20 cases leak – and they tell us a lot about Samsung’s new phone

Official cases for Samsung’s next flagship have appeared online, revealing exactly what the device will look like before its launch next week.

The Samsung Galaxy S20 is set to be launched at an event on February 11, but thanks to a leak of the phone cases we’ve got an early peek what the device will look like. There are a range of cases available, including a traditional protective case like the three in the featured image above, while there will also be an case with a clear strip on one side, through which you can display notifications and the time on the front of the device (as seen below). Another version is an LED case which shows a digital time time display on the front, along with other options in silicone and leather.

The pictures also reveal physical specifications of the device, including that the S20 will have three rear cameras sensors. These are supposedly comprised of a 12-megapixel main camera, a 64-megapixel telephoto sensor, and a 12-megapixel ultrawide lens. The source for these images, PriceBaba, goes on to claim other impressive specs for the device including an Exynos 990 processor, 5G connectivity, and a 6.2-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. Finally it alleges the phone will have a cut-out to house a 10-megapixel selfie camera.

Along with the Galaxy S20 there are a couple of other new devices we expect to see from Samsung at its February 11 Unpacked Event. The premium model in the same series, the Samsung Galaxy S20, is also expected to take its bow, while a brand new foldable (the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip) could also steal the limelight.
