Final Fantasy 15’s Noctis is coming to Tekken 7
Noctis from Final Fantasy 15 has been confirmed as downloadable content for Tekken 7.
Bandai Namco made the announcement in a recent trailer which showcased the moody protagonist fighting against a series of iconic Tekken characters. You can check out the official description below.
‘Noctis Lucis Caelum from Final Fantasy XV enters the Tekken 7 ring! Wielding his signature Engine Blade, Noctis is ready to deal heavy hard-hitting blows as he takes on the likes of Yoshimitsu, Devil Jin, Jack 7, and the rest of the Tekken 7 fighters when he enters the King of Iron Fist Tournament in spring 2018!”
Noctis will be the third downloadable character for Tekken 7 since its launch in June 2017, following in the footsteps of Fatal Fury’s Geese Howard and Street Fighter’s Akuma.
Tekken 7 is an excellent fighter, impressing with its broad range of characters and deep yet accessible combat system. Earning 8/10 in our review, here’s what we thought:
‘For the absolute casual player, the recently released Injustice 2 is a better package. The cinematic Story and brilliant Multiverse provide the single-player fighter with more than enough reason to keep coming back. But Tekken 7 is the game that comes closest to truly satisfying both parts of the fighting game market.’
