FIFA 17 announced by EA

FIFA 17 has been announced by EA Sports, and will run on the Frostbite engine.

EA has revealed FIFA is dropping the Ignite Engine and moving over to Frostbite, following the trend of other EA titles and using a unified game engine.

FIFA 17 introduces four football ambassadors that have been the driving force behind the latest gameplay changes: Manchester United’s Anthony Martial, Real Madrid’s James Rodriguez, Borussia Dortmund’s Marco Reus and Chelsea’s Eden Hazard.

All four characters will be available as Ultimate Team loan characters in FIFA 17 pre-orders.

Fans who pre-order FIFA 17 Super Deluxe Edition will get up to 40 FIFA Ultimate Team Jumbo Premium Gold Packs, Team of the Week loan players, and other content for FUT.

EA also released the first trailer for the game

FIFA 17 launches on September 29 worldwide on PC, PS4, Xbox One, Xbox 360 and PS3.

With EA set to host a press conference at E3 2016 next week, we’re sure to see plenty more from the game then.
