Fallout Chat gets you Fallout emoji on your phone
Bethesda has released Fallout Chat, a brand new iOS and Android keyboard filled with Fallout emoji.
If you’re not excited enough about Fallout 4 just as a game, Bethesda’s marketing campaign is now certainly in full force.
And the latest gimmick is Fallout C.H.A.T.
This Android and iPhone app is what Bethesda is calling the “official Vault-Tec Communications Hub and Transmitter – for all of your Vault-Tec communication needs”.
This custom keyboard allows you to sprinkle a little of Fallout into your messages, with a custom keyboard, 60 Fallout emoji and even some animated Fallout GIFs.

The problem is is that Fallout Chat isn’t as great as it sounds.
It doesn’t turn the little Fallout characters and icons into emoji. Instead the keyboard turns whatever you want to write into an image, which you then copy and paste into your chat windows across multiple platforms.
We’ve had issues getting the GIFs to work on some messaging services, but hey, it’s Fallout emoji.
