Fallout 4 survival mode available now on PC

Fallout 4 survival mode is available to download now on Steam in beta form.
In a blog post, Bethesda has detailed what players can expect in the brutally-difficult new mode, which is expected to come to PS4 and Xbox One next month.
Firstly, in order to get the mode on PC, users must head to their Steam library, right click on the game, select settings>betas, then select Survival Beta Update. The game should then update for you.

All of the new features are listed by Bethesda in the post, including the player now requiring sleep in order to save the game, no more fast travel, increased damage (taken and dished out) and and loads more tweaks to make your stay in the post-apocalypse that much more difficult.
Fallout 4 survivors will most likely currently be enjoying the first batch of DLC, Automatron, which we were fans of here at TrustedReviews as a promising sign of things to come. The next piece of content, Wasteland Workshop, is set to arrive in April.
