Fallout 4 is now the most played game on Steam in terms of concurrent players.
The wait for Fallout 4 is finally over, and it’s clear that PC players are super happy about it.
The post-apocalyptic role-playing title currently has more than 290,000 concurrent players, and that number is set to increase.
Considering the hype behind Fallout 4’s release, such a reaction doesn’t surprise us too much, but the fact that it’s breaking records already is impressive.
According to Steam Charts, Fallout 4 currently sits at 438,000 players, steaming ahead of DOTA 2 and Counter Strike: Global Offensive.

Bethesda’s latest title is yet to come close to records set by Counter Strike: Global Offensive and DOTA 2, which amassed 820,000 and 1.26 million concurrent players at one point.
Fallout 4 launched across North America, Europe and Australia on 10 November for PS4, Xbox One and PC.
It will be a while until we can update you on any specific sales numbers, but we’re expecting something big.

Downloadable content is currently in the works for Fallout 4, which can be purchased as part of the game’s season pass.
