F1 British Grand Prix Live Stream: How to watch the 2016 Formula 1 GP at Silverstone online

Want to watch Lewis Hamilton attempt to close the gap on Nico Rosberg at his home grand prix? Here’s how to watch all the action from Silverstone online.
Sunday is going to be a phenomenal day of sport. Alongside Murray vs Raonic in the Wimbledon men’s final, and before France take on Portugal in the Euro 2016 final, we get to see Lewis Hamilton in action at the British Grand Prix.
Not everyone has access to a TV (or a TV license) to be able to check out the race for free on Channel 4. However, thanks to Sky you can watch the British GP live online, whether that’s on your computer or your mobile device. You don’t need to be a Sky subscriber, either.
All you need to do is head to the Now TV website, or download the Now TV app, sign up, and buy a Sky Sports Pass.
This Sky Sports Pass costs £6.99, which will grant you 24 hours of access to all of Sky’s sporting coverage – including, of course, the British Grand Prix (just don’t activate your pass before 3:30pm on Saturday!).

You can now watch all of Sunday’s F1 action live through your web browser. You’ll need Safari, Firefox, or Internet Explorer – Chrome and Microsoft Edge don’t work, as they don’t have the necessary support Microsoft Silverlight.
Alternatively, download the Now TV app for iOS (here) or Android (here) and sign in.
