EE and O2 customers hit by calls to landlines issue
Mobile customers on the EE and O2 networks are experiencing problems making calls to BT landline numbers on Monday.
BT is investigating potential problems on its network, according to O2, while both networks have apologised to their customers for the interruption in service.
On its Live Status page, O2 wrote: “We are aware of an issue where some O2 customers may be experiencing difficulties making calls from their mobile to EE mobiles and to landline numbers.
Meanwhile, on its Twitter feed, EE wrote: “We’re aware customers from EE and other networks are having issues calling landlines. We’re looking into why and we’ll keep you posted.”
