Dyson’s new 3-in-1 smart fan might be the only gadget you need to buy this year

Dyson has announced a brand new home fan that combines its cooling, heating and air purification technologies.
The all-in-one Dyson Pure Hot+Cool Link smart-fan is a connected device designed to be used year-round whether you need a little extra warmth or some cooler air during the summer time.
Whether you’re heating or cooling, the fan boasts a HEPA filter that’ll also remove 99.97 per cent of air particles.
That means it’ll take out pollen, air pollution, mold and bacteria as well as bad smells, which makes it ideal if you have young children or have been eating spicy foods.

The app is important for the air purification element as it enables users to monitor the current air quality in the home. Owners will also be able to set parameters for how clean they’d like the air to be.
The 3-in-1 fan, which comes in silver and blue, goes on sale for September 5th for £499.
Although that might sound a lot, it’s actually only £75 more than the current Pure Cool Link for a device that’ll suit you for the entire year.
